Letter Smith provides AI-generated formal letter content for personal use. Generated letters are intended as a starting point and may require personalisation. Letter Smith does not provide legal advice and generated letters have not been verified by solicitors. For complex legal matters, consult a qualified legal professional.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Generated letters are licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell or distribute generated content commercially.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Letter Smith to generate content that is:
- Abusive, defamatory, or designed to harm another person
- Illegal under UK law
- Used to spam or deceive others
- Fraudulent or intended to make false claims
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable. See our Refund Policy for returns.
6. Limitation of liability
Letter Smith provides AI-generated content as-is. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from sending a generated letter. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Letter Smith after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
